Kundalini Activation Through Touch
Four-part spoken teachings describing the process and principles of Kundalini awakening through conscious touch, awareness, and breath, presented respectfully without live session demonstrations.
There is a way of awakening that does not begin in the mind.
It begins in sensation.
In breath.
In presence.
In the living intelligence of the body itself.
This mini course introduces a tactile pathway to Kundalini awakening — a method rooted in awareness, energetic resonance, and the recognition of the divine life force already alive within every human being.
Rather than attempting to force spiritual experiences, this work creates the conditions in which awakening can naturally arise. Through conscious touch, breath, and embodied attention, the nervous system learns to feel more deeply, allowing life-force energy to circulate through the body.
At the heart of this practice is a simple understanding:
Kundalini awakening is not something given to you.
It is something remembered through feeling.
Understand how Kundalini activation unfolds in real sessions
Learn the energetic principles behind conscious touch
Recognise signs of awakening in the body
Develop a grounded, ethical understanding of sexual energy
Shift from conceptual spirituality to embodied awareness
A spoken description of how I activate Kundalini awakening with male clients
In this four-part recorded teaching (one hour in total), I speak openly about the inner mechanics of Kundalini awakening in male clients, through conscious touch — revealing the principles, awareness, and energetic dynamics that guide profound states of embodiment and awareness.
Because these sessions bring clients into vulnerable inward states, the teachings are shared through spoken transmission rather than live demonstration, preserving the sacred intimacy of the work.

Questions
This mini course is designed for:
individuals curious about embodied spiritual awakening
couples wishing to bring sacred awareness into intimate connection
seekers who recognise that enlightenment is experienced through the body, not apart from it
No prior experience with Kundalini practices is required — only openness to learning through awareness.
This course presents educational teachings based on years of client work and embodied research.
To protect the privacy and inner experience of clients, all material is delivered through spoken instruction rather than live demonstration.
The emphasis is on awareness, energetic principles, and ethical practice.
The teachings shared in this course do not arise from a single formal lineage or spiritual school. They emerge from lived experience within the body, supported by insights that have appeared across many wisdom traditions throughout human history.
Across cultures and centuries, mystics and spiritual teachers have pointed toward awakening not as belief, but as direct inner knowing.
In yogic traditions, Kundalini is described as a life-force awakening through breath and awareness. Taoist internal alchemy speaks of circulating vital energy through the body to cultivate consciousness. Tantric texts describe awakening through sensation, presence, and the recognition of the body as a vehicle of realisation.
Similar principles can also be recognised in the teachings of Gautama Buddha, who guided practitioners toward liberation through direct awareness of bodily sensation and breath, and Jesus Christ, whose teachings repeatedly pointed to the Kingdom of God as an inner reality rather than an external destination.
Though expressed through different languages and cultural symbols, these traditions share a common understanding: awakening occurs through a shift in consciousness realised within one’s own embodied experience.
This course does not attempt to recreate ancient practices or claim authority over them. Instead, it offers a contemporary articulation of principles humanity has recognised again and again — that awareness, breath, sensation, and presence open a pathway to remembering our deeper nature.
As you move through these recorded teachings, you are invited into a different way of understanding awakening — one that begins not with belief, but with sensation and awareness.
Through listening and reflection, you may begin to experience:
A clearer understanding of how Kundalini awakening unfolds naturally through the body
A shift from thinking about spirituality to sensing it directly
Greater awareness of breath as a bridge between physical sensation and subtle energy
Recognition of how presence and attention influence energetic movement
Insight into the role of touch as a catalyst for inner awakening
A deeper respect for the vulnerability and sacredness of embodied spiritual work
New ways of perceiving sexual energy as life-force rather than tension or release
An expanded sense of the body as a field of awareness rather than an object
Leán Bakker

Leán Bakker is a conscious sexuality and embodiment teacher whose work focuses on spiritual awakening through the sensing body.
Her approach emerged from a spontaneous Kundalini awakening at the age of 49, an experience that opened an ongoing exploration into the relationship between awareness, life-force energy, and human embodiment. Since then, she has dedicated her work to understanding how awakening unfolds not as an abstract spiritual idea, but as a lived and felt experience within the body.
With a professional background as an award-winning contemporary dancer and choreographer, Leán brings decades of refined body awareness into her teaching. Her later training as a Voice Movement Therapy practitioner deepened her understanding of how breath, sound, movement, and sensation allow emotional and energetic patterns to release naturally.
Over the years, she has worked with individuals and couples in sessions centred on presence, conscious touch, and energetic awareness, guiding clients into states of heightened embodiment and inner connection. Her work bridges somatic practice, Kundalini awakening, and sacred sexuality, always grounded in respect, consent, and psychological safety.
In this course, Leán shares spoken teachings drawn from her direct professional experience, offering insight into the energetic principles behind Kundalini awakening touch sessions while honouring the deeply inward and vulnerable nature of the process.
Her teaching invites a simple yet radical question:
How much can you feel?
For those who wish to integrate the teachings personally, I offer private one-on-one online sessions where we can discuss your experience, questions, and embodied awareness practices.
